	Mahwah High School Destiny (Print Materials) Use Destiny to search for non-fiction books & DVDs @ the Mahwah HS Media Learning Commons
	BCCLS/Mahwah Public Library (Print Materials) Search for books & DVDs @ Mahwah Public Library (MPL) & other Bergen County libraries (BCCLS). If MPL doesn't have an item, they can order it and have it sent to MPL for pickup!
	Student Resources in Context (Digital Materials) Scholarly database containing academic journals written by experts, magazines, images, videos, and more. Great for all subjects!
	Gale Ebooks (Digital Materials) Hundreds of online encyclopedias and books for all subjects. Full text search allows you to find mentions of your keywords anywhere in the whole book! One of my favorite resources!
	JSTOR (Digital Materials) Excellent scholarly database focusing on literature, culture, history, science, and more. Contains a large number of academic journals.
	Encyclopedia Britannica (Digital Materials) Scholarly database- General knowledge encyclopedia, thesaurus, and almanac
	Academic Search Premier (Digital Materials) General database for all subjects

	Bergen Record (Digital and Print Materials) Access to the Digital version of The Bergen Record (northjersey.com). Use the email address and password located in our "Passwords" link at the top of the page. The print copy is available in the Media Learning Commons as well.
	The New York Times (Digital Materials) Click the link and create an account using your Mahwah email address and password. Check your email inbox for our confirmation message. Click on the link in the email to validate your email address. You have successfully claimed a Pass when you see the Start Your Access screen. You may download NYTimes mobile apps at nytimes.com/mobile.
	Gale Custom Newspapers (Digital Materials) Local newspapers from around the country, including the Bergen Record, NY Times, and more
	World News Digest (Digital Materials) Scholarly database. Great for: current world news

	History Research Center (Digital Materials) Scholarly databases from Facts on File. One stop search to access the following databases: American History, African-American History, American Indian History, Ancient & Medieval History, Modern World History, and World Religions.
	Historical NY Times (Digital Materials) Create an account if you haven't yet. Login with your Mahwah email address and password. When searching, use the date range limiter in the upper left (by the magnifying glass) to change the dates to match a historical event. You'll only find primary source search results published during that time!
	World Geography and Culture (Digital Materials) Scholarly database from Facts on File. Great for: world cultures, demographic info, geography
	Country Reports (Digital Materials) Scholarly database. Great for: Geography, culture, history, politics, current events Contains excellent statistics, fun facts about culture, recipes, images, and more
