Invitation to our Project Graduation Gala

Dear Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2025,

As we begin the final year of high school, graduation is quickly approaching! For over 30 years, Mahwah has provided a fun, safe, and substance-free celebration for graduates immediately following the graduation ceremony on June 24, 2025. Project Graduation is a late-night, chaperoned event filled with entertainment, activities, food, and prizes, giving our seniors one last chance to create lasting memories with their classmates as they celebrate this significant milestone.

All graduating seniors are cordially invited and encouraged to be a part of this tradition. The graduates will travel on buses to a secret location. By offering a secure, supervised environment, we ensure that our graduates can celebrate responsibly, surrounded by their peers in a fun and safe atmosphere.

To make this event possible, we ask for a $100 contribution per student, which covers part of the cost and will reserve a spot for your child. The Committee is working hard to raise additional funds, and we welcome your support. Please see the attached sponsorship form for additional opportunities to help. If you're unable to make the full payment, please contact Mr. Pascale. We want every senior to attend!

Please submit payment and complete the permission and waiver form by October 31st (Click Here). Payments can be made by check (to Mahwah High School HSA) or Venmo (@Mahwah-HighSchool). Include your child's name and "2025 Project Graduation" in the comments/memo fields. Please send all checks to the high school in an envelope labeled “2025 Project Graduation.”
