We look forward to welcoming your child to our school community on Thursday, September 4, 2025 for the first day of classes. The purpose of this web page is to provide you with pertinent information that will assist you and our school in getting ready for the new school year. This replaces the opening of school US postal mailing at the high school.

Required documents should be returned directly to your child's Time Block 1 (Period 1) teacher on Thursday, September 4, 2025 or Friday, September 5, 2025. These documents can be accessed by clicking on the bold title below.

ACTION REQUIRED- Add credit to your child's ID card using PaySchoolsCentral. MHS is a cashless, electronic payment building. Using cash is strongly discouraged for any purchase at the high school level.
Automatically replenish your child's ID card with credit for meal purchase
ACTION REQUIRED: Add credit to your child's ID card for purchases, as well as set up an automatic notification to replenish your child's lunch card with credit as needed.
Student Photograph Information Grade 9-10-11
Information regarding school photographs for Grade 9-10-11 students only. MHS Picture day is September 4th and 5th during scheduled PE classes.

You will receive an email from Lors Studios with a unique code to order your child's picture package.

ACTION REQUESTED: Family Contribution is preferred payment method is Venmo @Mahwah-HighSchool. We also accept checks payable to Mahwah High School HSA returned to the school office in an envelope labeled MHS HSA Booster.
