Description:

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries.  Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. The Habitat for Humanity Club at MHS is a service club that reaches out to the Mahwah community.  They raise awareness for the Habitat for Humanity organization by doing service projects.  Service ​projects that we have participated in include shoveling snow for senior citizens, tutoring elementary students, volunteering for the Betsy Ross walkathon and implementing a training program for the Miles for Marcus Run.
